What a Bummer! But Don't Worry, We'll Make It Right!


At Poke-Pet, we take great care in ensuring that your printed product arrives in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive damaged goods or encounter a manufacturing fault, we've got your back! Just reach out to us immediately at [email protected] and we'll jump into action to personally assist you and resolve the issue as swiftly as possible. 

What we need from you: 

Just snap a couple of pictures of the damaged product and packaging along with the label so we can share it with our service provider. 


We understand that accidents happen, but we're here to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Our friendly customer service team is ready to go above and beyond to make things right for you. So don't hesitate to contact us if you encounter any hiccups along the way. We're committed to ensuring your Poke-Pet experience is nothing short of amazing!

Remember, your satisfaction is our top priority. So if you encounter any bumps in the road, just give us a holler and we'll be there to fix it with a smile!

ATTENTION: 24 HOURS TO APPROVE ARTWORK. It will take us 1-4 days to create your digital artwork. Once complete, we will email you the artwork. You will have the option to request changes or you can APPROVE right away. ANY CHANGE REQUESTS HAVE TO BE MADE WITHIN 24 HOURS otherwise your order will be auto approved by our system.

PS: Requesting changes does put your art in the back of the line, so fulfillment does take longer.

Metal Cards and Acrylic:

For MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS we must be notified within 7 days of order delivery. 

* Please note acrylic and metal are extremely fragile and minor scratches are very common, due to this, we DO NOT consider minor scratches defects.
