Hand Drawn Portraits
Delivery Time:
- Digital Art: 2-3 business days via email.
- Revisions: May add a few days.
- Metal Cards / Blanket / Canvas Prints: 3-5 business days after approval.
Total Time:Ā Depending on the product purchased production and shipping takes an additional 5-7 business days on average, so you can start counting down the days until your masterpiece arrives!
Revisions:
- Up to 2 free revisions are allowed. Additional revisions may incur a fee and delay the process.
- Processing and shipping times can vary during busy periods (1-3 weeks before holidays).
- Requesting changes does put your art in the back of the line, so fulfillment does take longer.
ATTENTION: 24 HOURS TO APPROVE ARTWORK. It will take us 2-3 days to create your digital artwork. It's like getting a special delivery right to your inbox, ready to be printed, framed, or turned into a mug, t-shirt, or whatever you can imagine!
But if you've ordered a product, the adventure doesn't stop there. Your product will be carefully printed and then shipped to you. It's like a grand finale of your portrait's journey, as it travels to your doorstep, ready to be proudly displayed in your home.
So whether it's a digital file or a canvas print, we make sure your portrait arrives in style, ready to be cherished for years to come. It's like receiving a precious treasure that will bring

- For Domestic/US orders:Ā You will receive the canvas or metal card via DHL in the mail, with an estimated 15 business days transit time.
- For International orders: We have partnered with FEDEX INTERNATIONAL CONNECT PLUS. The estimated transit time is 5-7 business days.Ā
- Also, international customers are responsible for paying customs duties/taxes/VAT to their individual governments when the product arrives at their destination country.Ā
- Please allow some extra time since orders frequently get held up in Customs. This is no fault of ours or the shipping company. This is up to each individual country's government.

That's why we offer up to 2 free revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction. We believe in the art of perfection, and we're committed to making your portrait absolutely perfect!
Our artists are like the portrait genie, ready to grant your wishes and make any necessary tweaks to your artwork. Want to change the background color? No problem! Need a little more sparkle in your eyes? Consider it done! Just let us know your desired changes, and our artists will work their magic to make it happen.
So don't be shy about requesting revisions - we're here to make your portrait artwork exactly as you envision it. It's like having your own personal art genie, ready to grant your creative desires and make your portrait truly one-of-a-kind!

However, for our BUILD YOUR OWN CARDS, we understand that you may have encountered issues with modifying your build-your-own order.Ā Unfortunately, our system does not allow us to make modifications once the order is processed as it will go directly to production in our warehouse. That is also why we provided an option to preview your order details before adding it to your cart for you to show exactly what will be printed. We understand that human errors do happen sometimes. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
For an accurate and stunning illustration of yourself, a high-quality photo is key, send as many photos as you can. A clear and sharp is the way to go, but don't worry about minor imperfections. Our talented artists can work their magic.š We'll let you know if there are any issues.Ā

PokePet supports the Art community as a whole in every way that we can! We built our community entirely based on the core fundamentals regarding respect and recognition of artists. We humbly request that no person posts work on PokePet that may be infringing on the intellectual property of other artists, companies, and their trademarks! By doing so, you will be helping PokePet set roots as a trustworthy and ethically sound company that operates with full integrity.
There are several international treaties that relate to intellectual property, but the laws are not uniform across the world. However, generally speakingā¦
COPYRIGHT law protects the expression of an original idea recorded in a tangible form, such as artwork in the form of photographs or paintings and literary works in the form of poems or stories.
TRADEMARK law protects the use of words, symbols, designs or logos that identify and distinguish a source of goods.
PUBLICITY RIGHTS protect an individualās name, image, and likeness. Basically, this means you canāt use someone elseās identity, to your commercial advantage, without their consent.
A NOTE ON FAIR USE: You might be able to incorporate someone else's copyright or trademark into your own work, if you do it in such a way that that is considered "fair use" or in such a way that qualifies as another permissible use. However, please be aware that āfair useā typically applies in limited circumstances and isnāt the same as āfreedom of speechā. Quite frankly āfair useā is a difficult concept, even for the experts, and the scope of āfair useā is different in different countries. So even if you think youāve created a work covered by āfair useā or another permissible use, you should talk to an attorney prior to using it in connection with the PokePet service. While some uses might appear āfairā or permissible to you, we ask that you understand that PokePet must act in accordance with its Notice and Takedown procedure when a report has been received. Additionally, certain works may be taken down without a specific report being received if we are otherwise alerted or aware of potential infringement issues.
Ultimately, you take full responsibility for the works you upload and display on PokePet. This is reflected in our TERMS OF SERVICE. Use of the PokePet website indicates continued acceptance of this Agreement.
So please do us all a favor and if someone has created or owns the rights to a picture, painting, photograph, logo, story, poem or any other work, copyright, trademark or publicity right (regardless of whether itās an individual or a large global company), obtain consent before you use that work in connection with the PokePet service. This will help ensure that you donāt infringe the rights of any third party and help us promote an encouraging and inspired environment at PokePet filled with wit, soul, meaning and aesthetic genius.
REPEAT INFRINGER POLICY: It is Canvas Freaksā policy, in appropriate circumstances, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights, trademark rights, other intellectual property rights or publicity rights of others.
Notice and Takedown Procedure - Reports and Complaints
PokePet respects the intellectual property rights of others and we ask our users to do the same.
If you believe that your content has been used in a way that constitutes an infringement of your rights, please notify Canvas Freaksā designated agent for complaints (contact email below) by sending a Notice and Takedown Report, which must include the following important information:
an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the relevant matter;
2. a description of the matter claimed to have been infringed;
3. a description of where the claimed infringing content is located on the PokePet site.
your address, telephone number, and email address;
5. a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
6. a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that:

Ā Ā b. you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the rights involved.

Additionally, in certain circumstances, PokePet may suspend or terminate users who in our opinion infringe the copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights or other rights of others purposely.
If Your Work Has Been Included in a Notice/Takedown Report
If the PokePet Content Team has received a Notice and Takedown Report which specifically notes one or more of your works, the noted works will have been removed. You will not be able to view or update these works.
The Notice and Takedown Report that has been received may or may not have also included other works by other artists, and by removing the work, we are not stating that your work does or does not infringe copyright, trademark or publicity rights law.
We have a legal obligation to act on reports filed in accordance with our IP/Publicity Rights Policy.
While the work may not have been a direct copy of someone else's work, it may contain elements, logos, or personal likenesses which may infringe on another's rights.
If you believe a report was in error or should not apply to your work, you have the right to lodge a counter-notification.
We do apologize that we are legally not able to provide individual copyright, trademark or publicity rights advice, or give personal opinions on these matters.
We recommend that you research the relevant copyright, trademark and publicity rights laws and their application to your work on the Internet (a few links below), or consult an I.P. specialist if you are unsure why your specific work may have been included in a Notice and Takedown Report.

Filing a Counter Notice
If you believe that removal of the content is the result of a mistake (for example, that you have authorization) or misidentification, you can send us a counter-notice. Such counter-notice must provide the following information:
An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the relevant matter;
2. a description of the content which we have removed, including the URL on which the content was located on the PokePet site;
3. your address, telephone number, and email address;
4. a statement by you that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court, Osceola County, Florida, United States and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification described above or an agent of such person;
5. a statement by you that, under penalty of perjury, you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
6. You can send a counter-notice to [email protected]
If we receive your counter-notice but your work does not comply with the PokePet User Agreement and/or IP/Publicity Rights Policy, we may inform you that we are not able to reinstate your work. We may also request further information from you in order to determine whether the work can be reinstated.
In many circumstances, however, we will forward your counter-notice directly to the complainant, which will include your personal contact information. At that time, the complainant may take legal court action against you in the United States. If after 14 days the complainant has not taken legal action against you, you may contact us to request that we reinstate your work. If your work otherwise complies with our User Agreement and IP/Publicity Rights Policy, we may reinstate your work at that time.
We know how important it is for you to keep tabs on your precious order. That's why we update tracking information as soon as the label is printed, and you can easily check it through our order status page. Plus, for your convenience, we send a tracking confirmation email once it's updated. But hey, if you see that dreaded "shipping label is created" with no updates, don't panic! Just give it 7-10 business days, and we'll have that tracking info dancing with excitement.
Lost package?Ā
We've got your back! If your product hasn't arrived within the estimated time, shoot us an email at [email protected], and we'll hop right into action to resolve the matter. And if your tracking shows "delivered," but your package is nowhere to be found, don't hesitate to reach out to us immediately. We'll be your trusty sidekick in solving the mystery!
Oh, and our international customers, listen up! When your product arrives at your destination country, please note that customs duties/taxes/VAT are your responsibility. And while we wish we could make customs clearance a breeze, sometimes orders get held up in Customs. Unfortunately, that's out of our hands and up to each country's government to sort out.
One thing to keep in mind ā we don't offer refunds for products in transit, but once you receive them, or even before we ship them, we'll be more than happy to work with you. After all, your satisfaction is our top priority!
Now, let's talk about our metal cards and acrylic. They may be stunning, but they're also delicate darlings. Minor scratches are common, and we don't consider them as defects. So, just a heads-up to avoid any heartaches!

Metal Cards and Acrylic:
For MANUFACTURERS DEFECTS we must be notified within 7 days of order delivery.Ā
* Please note acrylic and metal are extremely fragile and minor scratches are very common, due to this, we DO NOT consider minor scratches defects.
Every single piece of art we make is fully customized and handmade! Whether you choose a physical canvas, metal card, or blanket, it's still handmade! So please give us time to process your order.
During Holiday times such as Valentine's, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc. there may be slightly delayed shipments.Ā
If we have address issues, we always reach out to customers for confirmation. Thus, in rare circumstances, it may take a few days longer.

Once you've placed your order, we're unable to accept any cancellation/refund requests after 24 hours. Why? Because we get straight to work on your custom card as soon as your order is placed. Our artists and team put in their time and effort to ensure that every detail is perfect, and we want to make sure your card is made with the utmost care and attention.
